Best Free Android keyboard Apps

The built-in keyboards on Android devices are fine, but there are third- party keyboard apps that are much better and significantly reduce the time it takes to write emails and text messages.



SwiftKey is excellent and intelligently predicts what you are going to say based on how you write.  Alternatively, you could try Google’s free Keyboard app, which is designed to help you type faster by using gestures.



Instead of tapping letters individually, you glide across letters and simply lift your finger to finish a word, rather than pressing the Space bar. The app is free but requires Android 4.0 and up.
